What is HugMyTools

HugMyTools is a free online SaaS platform operated by RISI Technologies Inc. It provides 49 tools across five categories: PDF processing, image editing, document conversion, file archiving, and AI-powered operations.

Users can upload files, process them using any tool, and download the result — without creating an account, without installing software, and without any watermarks being added to the output. Files are processed in isolated server-side sandboxes and auto-deleted after a retention period based on the subscription tier.

Free accounts receive 10 operations per day, support files up to 50 MB for PDFs and 20 MB for images, and have files retained for 1 hour after processing. Paid tiers (Starter, Pro, Business, Enterprise) provide higher limits, longer retention, cloud vault storage, and API access.

Privacy and security

Files are encrypted in transit using TLS. Processing runs in isolated sandboxes — each operation is isolated from other users' data. Worker processes run with outbound network access disabled, which means file contents cannot be transmitted to any external service during processing.

HugMyTools does not read, index, sell, or share the contents of uploaded files. Files are not used for AI model training. After the retention period expires (1 hour on free tier), files are permanently and irrecoverably deleted from storage.
